Welcome to Kazam Gymnastics Virtual Studio. This is an exciting journey to have you joining our program as an adult. The program will be super informative and fun as you will be guided through the progressions and learn to be awesome.

How The Program Works

This program will walk you through all of the gymnastics components so you can get a better understanding of how gymnastics works.

The program will break down into 5 modules. We’ll keep things simple and easy to follow so you can become familiar with the exercises and practice each week.

Movement & Locomotion

Mobility and Stretch Concepts

Handstands and Body Awareness

Gymnastics Strength Training

Intro to Skills

Each module will focus towards specific skills that include mobility, core strength, and full body strength. Some exercises will expose different strengths and weaknesses, tight areas, and sore spots. Some exercises you will enjoy more than others and feel very comfortable with, and others will be very new and uncomfortable.

Over time, you'll become more aware of your body and the things that you need to work on to achieve your fitness goals.

Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. The first class is 1.5 hours and all classes after that are 1 hour in length.

Yes of course, if you miss a Day 1 class, you can attend the second one offered that week. For example, if you miss the Monday Day 1 class, you can attend the Wednesday one. Similarly, if you miss the Thursday Day 2 class, you can attend the Friday one.
